Buck Wild Boards

Kimberly Rossig Roth, the owner of Buck Wild Boards, founded her charcuterie-focused business after the passing of her mother-in-law in February 2023. Inspired by her mother-in-law’s encouragement to pursue event planning and her thoughtful gift of charcuterie boards, Kimberly decided to honor her memory by starting Buck Wild Boards. Based out of her home, the business specializes in creating charcuterie boards, grazing tables, and more for events. T

The business expanded when Kimberly’s five-year-old daughter, Kaydence, inspired a new creative endeavor. After impressing an instructor during a charcuterie class, Kaydence suggested they make boards to sell. This led to the addition of handmade epoxy charcuterie boards, with Kaydence as the creative force behind each design. The whole family, including Kaydence’s siblings, grandparents, and dad, now participates in the business, with Kaydence enthusiastically promoting their products at events. Outside of Buck Wild Boards, she embraces a vibrant life, participating in horseback riding, ranch work, and silk aerials.

Together, the Roth family has built a venture rooted in love, creativity, and community support.
