Rooted in Care, Growing Healthy Communities
Humboldt Trinity HealthCare is a non-profit organization focused on providing health education and increased access to healthcare in Humboldt County. Working with community partners, their mission is to provide physical and mental health resources to local residents.
At Humboldt Trinity HealthCare, they realize we are all connected, and it takes a village to take care of our community.
The board members of Humboldt Trinity HealthCare are all volunteers who are members of the local community with a broad range of both professional and personal experience. They feel passionately about making sure every community member has access to quality healthcare they can trust. They understand that experiencing a significant health event is stressful and that people need resources and support in order to navigate the health care system. Their vision is of an integrative approach to care; one that encompasses the whole being.
Humboldt Trinity HealthCare is currently promoting the Mammogram Program with the goal of serving 500 women in 2026. This program helps administer free or low-cost mammograms to women who may encounter financial barriers to breast cancer screening.

Humboldt Trinity HealthCare is working on a few great resources to help provide physical and mental health resources to local residents.
- They are creating a video podcast library using local providers that offer practical health information and help local residents navigate the health care system.
- In the fall, Humboldt Trinity HealthCare will promote it’s 8-week peer group aimed at addressing depression for ages 16 through senior.
- In the future, they would like to have a health campus that focuses on health and wellness.
