Member’s Choice Annual Awards Dinner
Thank you for joining us for the 2026 Member’s Choice Awards Dinner!
This year’s theme is Deeply Rooted, Growing Together
Here is all the info you need to know if you are a guest this year!
Location: The Sapphire Palace, Blue Lake Casino & Hotel
To find The Sapphire Palace enter the Blue Lake Casino main doors and take an immediate left. The check in table will be located in the lobby of the player’s club area just outside The Sapphire Palace event room.
Time: 6pm-End of Live Auction
Doors Open at 6pm
Bar will be open in event room!
Buffet Dinner will begin at 6:30pm and guests will be released by table to the buffet tables.
Approximately 7:30pm the presentations will start and award winners will be announced.
Immediately following the awards presentations the Live Auction will begin.
Event concludes at the end of the Live Auction.
Table Seating:
When you arrive be sure to check in at the registration table in the Player’s Club lobby. Our volunteer ambassadors and board members will find your name on the guest list and provide you with your program and live auction bid # for the evening, along with your table seating assignments.
You do NOT need to bring proof of payment or ticket/receipt if your name is on the guest list.
Attire:
Attire will be classy, country dressing up! Be comfortable and McKinleyville fancy!
Auctions:
Silent Auction tables will be open when doors open and will close at the start of the live auction.
Dutch Auction tickets will be available when you arrive through the start of the presentations. Dutch Auction will close at the start of the live auction.
Forms of Payment:
We will be able to accept cash, check, Venmo and credit as forms of payment for auction items and dutch auction tickets.
Drink sales will be through Blue Lake Casino and the forms of payment they accept.

If you have not yet paid for your ticket or table, please contact Jesse via email ASAP!
Make it a staycation:
Blue Lake Casino and Hotel has offered a block rate in their beautifully remodeled Hotel for any event guests.
Call the front desk at 707-668-9770 ext.2880 to get the discounted rate. Online reservations will not be honored. Please have them reference the Block Name, Block ID , or Block Code.
