Flower Baskets

Thank You, McKinleyville Area Fund

The McKinleyville Chamber of Commerce is grateful to the McKinleyville Area Fund for awarding a $5,000 grant in support of our Flower Basket project.

Each year, flower baskets along Central Avenue help brighten McKinleyville and create a welcoming corridor for residents, businesses, and visitors. Keeping the baskets healthy throughout the season requires significant volunteer time, regular watering, and reliable equipment.

This generous grant will help strengthen the watering program and support the long-term sustainability of this community beautification project.

We are incredibly thankful to the McKinleyville Area Fund for investing in McKinleyville and helping us continue this much-loved seasonal tradition.

We invite local businesses and community members to participate in our beautification project. Flower baskets will be displayed on light poles down Central Avenue ~ two baskets per pole, and stay up May-September.
