McKINLEYVILLE – The McKinleyville Chamber of Commerce is preparing to honor the local businesses and leaders who define the community’s character at the 2026 Member’s Choice Annual Awards Dinner.
The event, themed “Deeply Rooted, Growing Together,” will take place Friday, March 27 at the Sapphire Palace within the Blue Lake Casino & Hotel.
The annual gathering serves as a cornerstone for the McKinleyville business community, providing a moment to reflect on the partnerships and individual efforts that drive local growth and advocacy.
This year’s theme highlights the balance between honoring the established foundations of the North Coast and embracing the new collaborations shaping the town’s future.
“It is an evening to pause, reflect, and celebrate the people and partnerships that keep McKinleyville moving forward,” the Chamber stated.
The evening will feature the presentation of the prestigious Member’s Choice Awards, where winners are selected by their peers within the Chamber. Categories historically include Small and Large Business of the Year, Non-Profit of the Year, and Excellence in Customer Service.
A highlight of the night will be the presentation of the Azalea Award, a high honor bestowed upon community members for exceptional long-term service, with recipients chosen by past award winners.

The gala begins at 6 p.m. with a social hour featuring beverages from local wineries and breweries, followed by a buffet dinner at 6:30 p.m. and the awards presentation at 7:30 p.m.
