Volunteer with Redwood Parks Conservancy This September to Restore Coastal Habitats
CRESCENT CITY, Calif. – Redwood Parks Conservancy (RPC), in partnership with California State Parks North Coast Redwoods District, invites the public to volunteer this September to help restore coastal dunes and native habitats across Northern California.
These hands-on restoration days will focus on removing invasive non-native plants that threaten native species and sensitive coastal ecosystems. Volunteers will help restore dune and coastal habitats while spending time outdoors and making a meaningful difference in local state parks.
Whether you’re passionate about conservation or simply looking for a meaningful way to spend time outdoors, these events offer an opportunity to connect with nature while helping care for these special places.
